EUA-BCA project update 2020-2021

A project update for the EU-funded Actions to Reduce Black Carbon Emissions in the Arctic is now available. It provides project background, highlights international collaborations, and presents the range of decision-making processes supported by the project. It also provides a preview of outreach activities in connection with the project's roadmap to enhance international cooperation on black carbon emission reduction actions.
